In this role, I managed a team of 6 QA engineers in an agile environment and I was responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software projects of Archicad. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, mentored and developed team members, implemented best practices for quality assurance, and contributed to the development and execution of QA strategies and processes.
Key responsibilities included:

• Coordinating, and managing activities and projects with operation managers to ensure that project schedules are met
• Implementing agile development processes and improving team productivity
• Planning, scheduling, and conducting training sessions for employees on best practices in quality methods and techniques
• Ensuring that projects met customer specifications and industry standards
• Establishing quality improvement goals and identifying opportunities for improvement

As a QC Technical Lead, I was responsible for leading a three members team of quality control engineers and ensuring the quality of software products through the execution of manual and automated test cases.

Key responsibilities included:

• Developing and maintaining test plans and cases to ensure comprehensive testing of software products
• Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner
• Improving quality control processes and standards to ensure consistent and effective quality control
• Providing guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their quality control goals

As a QA Technical Lead, I was leading a three members team of QA engineers under an agile transformation pilot program and I was responsible for the testing of Archicad's software projects.

I was instrumental in:

• Hiring and training technical personnel
• Establishing QA processes and procedures
• Overseeing the testing of the product
• Delegating work and assignments to team members
• Providing guidance and support to team members as needed
• Developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts, ensures adherence to the company's standards
• Maintaining QA documentation, and communicating with development teams to suggest improvements
• Developing and tracking test metrics

As a QA test analyst, I was responsible for ensuring the quality of software projects through the testing process.

Key tasks included:

• Identifying the target test items to be evaluated by the test effort
• Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated test data
• Prioritizing test cases under risk-based testing
• Gathering and managing the test data
• Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle
• Writing and developing design cases for automated tests
• Evaluating the results of automated tests, making issue reports, documenting bugs, and verifying bug fixes
• Participating in project test planning in close cooperation with developers, product managers, and designers.
