Managing catering unit
I am a 18 year old Hungarian student. I live in the suburbs of Budapest, the 4. district. I study in high school. I am attending advanced history class, although I found my interest in hospitality. I find myself a very social person, meeting new people always been easy for me, that is why my studies are planned abroad, and because I can get to a bigger level then. I want to learn something that I have interest in, and managing is one of them, I plan my next week on Sundays so no wasted time will occur.

undefinedI learned bartending on my own, online during the Covid lockups in the free time I had. At first it was a hobby that was useful on family gatherings.
My first working place was a restaurant in the center of Budapest. I was a replacement bartender for a night and the manager hired me to full time. I worked the 2022 summer there.
My second working place is a bar that opened in 2023 may. I got close with the manager and the owner since I am the only remaining staff member who is there since the beginning and they even used some of my ideas to help the bar to attract people's attention, for example social media advertising ideas. It was a good experience to witness how a new catering unit is starting to work.
