I have founded and manage a consulting company supporting firms in accessing government subsidies and managing complex investment projects.

• Advise SMEs and multinationals on CAPEX planning, strategic investments and subsidy application, including the VIP cash grant scheme and tax allowances in Hungary
• Support corporate clients in managing strategic investment projects by ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing the use of external funding sources

Led the State Aid Directorate (30+ employees across 5 teams) responsible for managing Hungary’s strategic investment subsidy schemes, including VIP grants. Oversaw the full subsidy lifecycle: provided consultancy to multinational companies in the pre-decision phase, supervised the legal structuring of the schemes and contract preparation, and managed financial control during the implementation of investment projects.

Over my past five years at HIPA, I have been involved in more than 300 strategic investment projects. My responsibilities included shaping projects, negotiating contracts, developing financing and collateral structures, and overseeing financial settlements.

• Advised senior government officials and international investors on financial structuring and subsidy optimization to support job creation and high-value-added activities.
• Coordinated cross-ministerial and interagency negotiations to ensure compliance with national and EU-level state aid regulations.
