I am a finance and investment professional with over 10 years of experience in managing complex investment projects, supporting business decision-making, and financial advisory. I have led national subsidy programs at the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency and supported multinational clients in planning, structuring, and executing high-value investments. I bring a rare combination of strategic thinking, regulatory expertise, and financial structuring skills that help companies execute investments efficiently and compliantly. I’m now looking to apply my leadership and advisory skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented corporate environment.
I have founded and manage a consulting company supporting firms in accessing government subsidies and managing complex investment projects.
Led the State Aid Directorate (30+ employees across 5 teams) responsible for managing Hungary’s strategic investment subsidy schemes, including VIP grants. Oversaw the full subsidy lifecycle: provided consultancy to multinational companies in the pre-decision phase, supervised the legal structuring of the schemes and contract preparation, and managed financial control during the implementation of investment projects.
Over my past five years at HIPA, I have been involved in more than 300 strategic investment projects. My responsibilities included shaping projects, negotiating contracts, developing financing and collateral structures, and overseeing financial settlements.
Key contributions:
I led a team of experts responsible for coordinating all tasks related to investment incentives. I was responsible for project evaluations, internal approval processes, and preparing government decisions. I cooperated closely with legal and finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and timeline compliance. I also mentored junior colleagues and supported communication with major investors.
