  • I'm responsible of the extension and implementation of the central commercial and marketing processes to the Bonafarm subsidiaries - Germany, Adriatic, Romania & Bulgaria, Poland & Baltics - in order to increase the Group's export potential. In collaboration with the Subsidiary Finance Manager and the Subsidiary Demand Planner we were successful in establishing the forecasting, activity planning and reporting activities of the subsidiaries in a compliant, standardized form, which resulted a more effective operation.
  • Leading and coordinating the whole monthly business planning cycle and the annual planning process of the Bonafarm subsidiaries from the forecasting to the result evaluation and sales target settings.
  • I'm actively participating in business development; in 2024 the frozen duck products were launched in the German market and I've elaborated scheme of price corridor and implemented in all subsidiaries. I'm cooperating with the central Product development, Marketing teams and the Subsidiaries in creating dedicated export brands and products, which accelerates the sales growth and the potential of joined business planning.

  • I created and implemented the business strategy of powdered proteins through utilizing the characteristic of different Milk Protein Powders; putting higher emphasis on building stronger relationship with those partners who are working in the Kosher and Medical sectors eg.:Royal Friesland Campina, Nestlé, Danone, Fresenius-Kabi and using mainstream MPC for capacity utilization.
  • With my colleague we were successful in business development; we utilized ~10 % of the capacity of the powdering towers through profitable toll production collaboration with Havero Hoogvegt.
  • In order to enhance the efficiency of the Csorna plant I was leading a factory transformation project with collaboration of the IFUA Horváth & Partners consulting firm. The result of the project was the recommendation of the downsizing of the Mizo Coffee Selection from 330 ml to 250 ml, shutting down the Akkawi and the TBA lines. Those recommendations were implemented saving around 600 mio HUF EBITDA annually.

  • Leading team of 2 Key Account managers I was responsible of achieving sales and profitability targets at Lidl, Aldi, Penny and Spar.
  • Beside my Sr.KAM roles - leading annual planning, monthly forecasting, coordinating sales activities, managing price increases and successfully participating in PL tenders - I was responsible for coordinating the Mizo Túró Rudi Relaunch from sales side in cooperation with the marketing team. The project main results: volume MS grew by 6%, successful tailor made promotion at Spar with plus 7 SKU on top listing, successful tailor made activities at Lidl.
  • Main business achievement: starting the business collaboration with Aldi, resulting that the Mizo dairy products are permanently available in Aldi stores.

  • Establishing and implementing the Bonafarm Discounter Strategy through unifying and coordinating the customer plans, annual negotiations, price increases, new product launches, promotional activities towards the discounters. Through the coordinated performance of the Bonafarm companies (Pick, Sole-Mizo, MCS Slaughterhouse) won new private label tenders, got better promotions and could list new branded products
  • Monitoring and developing the sales processes for Sole-Mizo and MCS Slaughterhouse like annual business planning in collaboration with the Marketing teams and coordinated annual negotiations with the key partners. As a result by December all the key business events, promotional activities and new product launches with budget were fixed for the next business year
