As part of a secondment to the Ministry of Labor, I played a pivotal role in the national project "Ejada", a self-appraisal system designed to evaluate the performance of all Omani employees and align their incentives, promotions, and professional development with measurable outcomes. My contributions were instrumental in ensuring structured implementation, institutional alignment, and capacity-building across multiple government entities.

• Led the design and execution of the training strategy for Ejada,
• Developed comprehensive training materials and toolkits,
• Conducted 25 high-impact workshops on the Individual Performance Appraisal System
• Designed and facilitated strategic workshops on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Established performance evaluation resources,
• Provided executive-level consultation on performance management

• Reviewing institutional self-study reports and related documentation.
• Evaluating evidence of alignment with national qualification frameworks and the OAAAQA standards.
• Conducting on-site and virtual validation visits, including interviews with institutional leadership, faculty, and students.
• Assessing internal quality assurance systems, teaching and learning processes, governance structures, and student support services.
• Preparing and contributing to final external review reports, including commendations, affirmations, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensuring integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality throughout the review process in line with OAAAQA’s Code of Conduct.
• Participating in reviewer calibration workshops and continuous professional development sessions organized by the Authority.
