As P2P Process & Projects Expert, I am responsible for supporting the SSC P2P Finance organization and the end to end P2P 3rd party AP process, coordinating the below areas:

• Cross functional collaboration (Purchasing. receiving , local finance teams, any other process related AGCO departments)

• Standardization parts project lead (across SSC accounts payable teams and AGCO sites)

• Wholegoods process improvement lead (SSC processes and related business processes)

• Wholegoods related system implementations (all SAP projects, SAP VIM improvements, integrate P2P process into SAP)

• Parts P2P transitions from local teams to the SSC (globally)

· Defining and maintaining future end to end P2P process for the AGCO EME business

· Driving SAP implementation projects to achieve above as a business partner for local teams and IT

· Maintain and optimize AP legacy system and SAP processes

· Developing KPI’s to monitor implementation and process stabilization performance

· Making decisions on process and operational directions within own team, and cooperate with peers for

a common and standardized parts P2P process – autonomy and integrity in decision making

· Work together with the AP team leads in setting directions for automation, EDI and reporting, monitoring process efficiency

Providing trainings for the new joiners and being an SME for the US team

Summary:

- Processing invoices, controlling invoice data in line with the VAT and legal requirements

- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders and entering, coding non PO invoices using the Open text Vendor invoice Management system

- Controlling aged items, clearing GR/IR, month-end activities in the payables ledger

- Supplier statement reconciliations and supplier query resolution.

- - Active participation in the P2P end-to-end process improvement, in the related workshops, change management support for stakeholders from all areas within the P2P process (inc. financial accounting, purchasing, logistics, warehouse management, indirect purchase requisitioners from all businesses within EME etc.), audit support, compliance, RPA and AP automation.

Job Responsibilities:

-Supporting NA region

• Responsibility for the payables ledger: accurate and timely entries in the payables ledger, month end reconciliation of the payables ledgers.

• Ensure all vendors are paid in line with contractual terms and follow-up and resolve vendor queries.

• Resolve matters that come up with matching problems, coding accuracy, rejecting non-compliant invoices, payment problems etc.

• Internal and external query handling, escalations first point of contact

• Taking part in different AP projects (Automation, process optimization, RPA, EDI, Autopost)

• Actively being involved, supporting AP manager in external and internal audits
