Beko Hungary is established in May 2022, based on Koc Holding and Arçelik top management approved strategic business plan, which is including sales, marketing, after sales service, supply chain, HR, IT and finance. The strategy is planned, coordinated, and now being executed by Deniz who has 7 years of experience in Hungarian market, total 12 years in the same industry and 9 years within Arçelik group.
The Position has primary responsibility of leading Beko Hungary office, defining and executing Beko Hungary’s strategic business plan, setting steps and priorities to achieve optimum business performance, ensuring efficiency, maximizing growth opportunities and endeavors continues improvement by matching company expectations with the market needs.
The main goal is achieving 10% MS in 5 years; with sustainable and profitable strategies by leading sales, after sales, marketing, pm, logistics & supply chain teams to create well positioned, top considered brand providing the excellent solutions to end consumers.
Reaching out the 20 m euro turnover with creating highly considered brand in Hungarian Market by 2025 with leading + 20 people (currently 7 HC) from sales, marketing, pm, customer care and logistics functions by building the direct channel network, introducing new product categories, managing more brands are the main engagements.

• Formulating appropriate offers for Private Label, OEM and SIMFER branded cooking appliances
