For the first 1.5 years I was responsible for an internal tool development for dataset creation used by AI teams. The goal was to make it as easy as possible for them to find the relevant data.

Changing to work with AI teams, first I lead the core Budapest research team. Later with the transition to SAFe and a major AI technology reformation within the company I was selected to lead a team of international AI experts building the future - mulitsensor (Lidar, Radar, Camera) based - solution used in our new products and demos. I guided them through the shift from research to production, ending up in successful system integration and demos.

I was invited to advice on the company's structure and working methods.

Together with an external consultant we lead a project which initiative was to reorganize people to effective new teams, and introducing Jira as workflow management tool.

Starting in a new field, after a short period of hands on development tasks, I was charged with organizing a brand new group named Data Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

From ground up I built a group consisting of 2 major teams, one for tool development and automation, another one for manual labeling, both supporting AI development.

I had to keep close contact with multiple teams from the vehicle-recordings to our internal end-users, the AI teams.

I had the chance of working on a greenfield web application - providing mentoring solutions - in a 2 members developer team as a full stack developer using Java-Spring back-end and Angular front-end.

I also participated in evolving the marketing strategy.

As a one-man-team my task was to improve and modernize one of the systems of a telecommunication company.

I was able to use various technologies from GXT to Radiator.

Besides I was helping a team within our company as a lead consultant to define and optimize their workflow based on agile principles.

As a junior developer I took part in an international web application project, using scrum and kanban techniques.
