Work History

Software Development Engineer II

EPAM
03.2022 - Current
  • joined my current company as an intern during a difficult job market and quickly demonstrated initiative by contributing to an internal project using Java 17, Spring, and MongoDB. My main achievement was developing an endpoint to export teams and athletes during a campaign. While the original requirement was to generate raw data for Excel import, I went beyond expectations by delivering a fully formatted Excel file, significantly improving user experience.
  • Afterward, I supported several smaller projects, focusing on investigations and database changes. On a Firebase-based system, I introduced repeatable queries to simplify monthly reporting for customers via AWS S3 buckets. My ability to work independently and proactively led to my promotion to medior developer.
  • For the past two years, I’ve been working on a flagship project. I began by addressing dependency vulnerabilities across multiple applications and am now responsible for maintaining over 15 repositories. I lead epics related to dependency management—coordinating resources, guiding implementation, and ensuring all libraries stay up to date. My work had a measurable impact: within three months, I helped eliminate the backlog of vulnerabilities and was jokingly named the "king of vulnerabilities." In addition to my main responsibilities, I also contribute to bug fixes and code investigations. My current stack includes Java 17–21 and Spring.

Software Engineer Intern

CAS Software Kft
03.2021 - 07.2021

As a C# development intern, I primarily focused on backend tasks, but I also contributed to UI design and database work using SQL. I demonstrated a user-centered mindset by emphasizing usability rather than just quick solutions. I worked independently, asked the right questions to clarify goals, and ensured that my work aligned with both technical requirements and user expectations.

Call Center Operator

Telekom
01.2020 - 12.2022

I previously worked as a call center operator, consistently ranking among the top for positive customer feedback. This reflected my strong empathy, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I also took an active role in training new team members, further demonstrating my reliability and leadership potential.
