• Taking ownership of an individual investigation and escalating any suspicious activity in accordance with internal procedures
• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting information, documentation associated with investigations.
• Carrying out reviews on alerted accounts on the basis of both internal and external information

• Performing Due Diligence on existing, new and/or potential customers based on risk mitigation controls;
• Setting priorities, taking action to obtain and follow-up on information and/or documentation requested;
• Ensure that information and documentation provided by customers, and from reviews meet requirements;
• Communication with customers when required to handle escalated or complicated cases with strong customer empathy as well as clear communication of decisions and policies;
• Deep understanding of different business models, customer types, country risks and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies;
• Escalating any suspicions and/or concerns to AML and Fraud teams for review

• Answering customer inquiries via email and phone
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure resolution
• Communication with colleagues and discussion about case issues both in the local office and international locations, via text and video interaction
• Review the process, suggesting improvement and deliver customer feedback to the right channels
• Accountability for own development, performance and efficiency
• Participation in hiring at 1st round interviews
