Main activities:

• Active participation in Project Planning - both financial a technical realization
• Project Management - organization of activities and resources, as well as problem solving on a daily basis
• Cost Monitoring - monitoring project costs and burn rates on a monthly basis, as well as identifying the sources of possible deviations and defining countermeasures
• Customer Contact - day to day contact with customers regarding project related issues
• Internal Evaluation - carrying out a "Lessons learned" study cycle at the end of each individual project to find internal synergies and identify potential for improvement
• Closing - providing support in the financial closure of projects including internal and external invoicing

• As E-commerce Manager my main responsibilities entail participation in developing our B2C strategies (marketing, sales, pricing, etc.), managing our marketplace contents, customer relations and complaint management, supporting the work of our logistics center and our carriers and issuing invoices after our B2C sales, as well as providing related monthly reports and support to our accounting department.

• Robert Bosch Kft - Purchase Requisitioner (Controlling) As part of the Controlling Group at former ECU-Bp, later ECE7, our team was responsible for creating purchase requisitions within SAP for Hungarian and German internal clients. We had to cooperate with both Hungarian and German Purchasing and Financial Departments, as well as with external Service Providers and Suppliers. I was also responsible for following up goods receipts and invoice bookings in SAP. In addition I took an active part in creating and managing the above mentioned Team of Purchase Requisitioners and was involved in relocating and optimizing the processes of our client departments to ours.
