Currently I work at a Hungarian company which is working with electrical engineers and electricians on huge projects all over the world.
My duties are the following:
I am responsible for all properties that are rented abroad (in Europe).
This means approximately 60 to 100 (changing) apartments.
It is an English-speaker position.
My duties are the following:
- analyzing rental properties on the real estate market close to the location of the planned projects,
- requesting a price quote, concluding a price negotiation
- administration of rental property invoices, forwarding of payment requests to the accounting department
- reclaiming and monitoring previous deposits
- evening-weekend-holiday availability
- willingness to travel: if requested, conducting a personal negotiation with the respective owners abroad
- close cooperation with accounting
I worked in a psychiatric/nursing home in Ireland as activities coordinator, receptionist and health care assistant.
I performed reception tasks, where I helped arriving visitors by answering their questions, and by delivering gifts and messages to patients, administratively with his tasks. On the other hand, as an elderly care worker, I provided health care for the residents
all of this is strictly documented in English, electronically and paper-based also in the system,
and thirdly as the coordinator responsible for entertainment I entertained them with various games, music, dance and cultural events
residents. I also performed catering activities, such as serving food and drinks.
