  • To Oversee the daily running of the Transport, Travel and Conference Units within Nairobi office and an additional 3 Zonal offices within the country
  • Reviewed travel authorizations confirming accuracy of information such as DSA, Terminals, Danger Pay, Ticket cost among other entitlements prior to submission for posting and payment
  • In Liaison with the travel agent provide flight options to various destinations for staff members in accordance with the travel policy
