My main research topics are estimating the wildlife population and researching free-range animals’ behaviour with GPS telemetry (red deer, golden jackal, and red fox). Since 2006, I have been the President of the South-Transdanubian Fauna Hunting Association. I am the founder and board member of the Fauna and Flora Nature Conservation Foundation. In 2018, I was elected to the Somogy County Management Council. In 2022, I was elected to the Baranya County Management Council.
