  • Leading three different teams responsible for Office Recruitment, Organization Development and Rewards. Total of 14 internal headcount and 13 external RPO employees (through Manpower).
  • Responsible for end-to-end Office recruitment across 4 different countries, including executive recruitment.
  • Responsible for shaping the Company’s Culture, employer brand and organizational structure through key initiatives, projects and processes.
  • Responsible for all compensation and benefits related areas such as coordination of salary & incentive schemes, benefit systems, salary planning, social security and taxation, salary reporting and forecasts for both Office and Crew.
  • Responsible for the Organization Development projects and initiatives such as Onboarding, Performance and Talent Appraisal Cycles, Succession Planning, Learning, Talent Development and Management Trainee Programs, Company’s Loyalty Program.
  • Responsible for the Company’s Health & Safety compliance, policies and processes.
  • Responsible for the implementation of group People policies and procedures.
  • Owner of the group HR data trends, metrics and figures.
