I am now working as chief sales marketing officer at a small group of companies acting in the industrial automation segment. My responsibilities cover the formulation of go-to-market strategy of new solutions and technologies, identifying, designing and executing multi-channel marketing actions to support the sales of core services of the 3 main business areas and operating companies: industrial control systems, special purpose machinery and manufacturing data management and visualization. I have a full P&L responsibility over the respective teams on the group level, and also acting as CEO for the special purpose machinery business unit. Although the scale of this business is way smaller than those multinationals from where I earned most of my professional experience, I was able to utilize and improve the limited resources in a way to ramp up the turnover by 165% since I joined in 2023. Besides the business administrational, P&L and management skills I earned significant relavant industrial experience working for FedEx for eight years in different positions, ending up as a Manager for Worldwide Accounts, High Tech & Industrial in EMEA.
