Multinational Insurance Company cooperating with the region's countries. My main projects and tasks were:

• Launching individual insurance portfolio management system and new individual products.
• Implementing individual premium collection module.
• Replacing locally used group insurance contract management application with a new regionally targeted system
• Introducing FrontEnd application for extended guarantee insurance product. Regional procurement process, requirements specification and testing
• Operational tasks: backend system operations, Partner data import-export, Head Office standards, regular closures, taking part in Head Office and Financial authority inspections

Newly established Hungarian life insurance company with a fast increasing portfolio and product range.

Main achievements and responsibilities:

• Collaborating with foreign IT vendor, implemented the entire life cycle of insurance products in an integrated insurance system.
• Leading group of business analysts, giving them professional support
• Plan, prioritize, schedule upcoming development tasks. Leading regular IT committee with participation of board and management
• Regular contact with vendor’s project manager. Scheduling tasks, planning developer and BA resources, other negotiations
• Operating backend insurance system

• Argosz Insurance (K&H): launching a premium collection module (DirectDebit, Bank transfer, Postal cheque)
