• I had an internship, my responsibilities was to find and solve financial mistakes in accountings, after the internship was recommended to continue working in a commercial department at Kharkiv Airport.

My responsibilities in the airport are rout developing, forecasting, strategical planning, be in a contact with airlines and civil aviation organizations, solving problems with airlines and other operational things (documents, debts etc.).

• Passengers);
• Airlines have opened more than 15 new routes in Kharkiv Airport since 09/2019;
• Passenger traffic at Kharkiv Airport in 2020 (pandemic of COVID 19 was recovering faster compared to other airports in Ukraine and worldwide;
• In June 2021 Kharkiv Airport was the first one (among top-5 Ukrainian airports) to reach pre-pandemic passenger traffic and update records of the month passenger traffic 157,0 k passengers in August 2021 .

HighPass – GDS of airport ancillary services (fast track, business lounges, meet and greet, vip) with a possibility of integrating them into booking engines of OTAs/TMCs. HighPass has a wide portfolio of partners like OTA’s, TMCs and such giants like VISA.

• Reached out to potential customers via telephone, email and in-person inquiries.
• Coordinated innovative strategies to accomplish marketing objectives and boost long-term profitability.
• Developed and implemented favorable pricing structures balancing firm objectives against customer targets.
• Collaborated with sales and marketing departments to support project rollout.
