Accomplishments
- As an ambitious sales Representative at Bauman Capital, I contributed to the increase in the sales revenue by 6% in the second quarter and because of that, the company not only retained the existing customer but also attracting new prospects.
- During my work at YOLIDA as M&E and key player in a survey conducted to address the social phenomenon of teenage pregnancy in the southwestern region of Uganda, Kabarole district, an initiative was taken to address the phenomenon and as a result, teenage pregnancy in the District dropped from 47% to 41% within 12 months. Additionally, 53 victims of teenage pregnancy were able to go back to school and continue with their education. I also wrote a researcher's manual for the same organization for reference and future studies on related topics.
- Through hard work and creativity, I have helped KGSH maintain and take on more clients, which in the end has contributed to the growth of the firm, during these challenging times of the Global Pandemic.
