My strengths include seeing and understanding the big picture, effectively and efficiently working towards the common goal by developing processes that fit well with the organization but supports the individual KPIs well. I am not afraid of challenges or "firefighting" as several times in my professional life, I had to learn-on-the-job and build up my own systems to achieve KPIs.
As part of the Customer Service Team, I coordinate and manage the aftermarket (spare parts, KITs and Finished Goods) sales.
I am in contact with the Customers (mainly Intercompany), managing Customer orders, claims, warranty issues, urgent orders, direct shipments and ad-hoc requests.
I am responsible for the continuous and even workload of my Warehouse Operator colleagues, who pick and pack the goods and in close contact with the Shipping Department & Freight Forwarders.
I mostly work independently and proactively with full responsibility of managing the Aftermarket sales.
At the University, I was holding lectures and practices on Biochemical basis of life processes, Pathobiochemistry, Laboratory diagnostics and Physiology for an average of 250 student per semester.
I did participate in research work, preparation of publications, was a member of committees and taken administrative tasks for the University.
