Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements and was created in the 1920s by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates for rehabilitation purposes. It is just an incredible and I do it on the reformer which is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. When I first tired I knew immediately that this is a kind of exercises which you can not be bored it has at least 300 of positions which you can always add something new something different. I love it I can write about it all day long but better to practice it.
