• HR: Managed full employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding
• Payroll: Prepared monthly Hungarian payroll file and controlled external payroll provider's work, processed salaries
• Finance/Admin: Served as a contact person for suppliers, Handled supplier invoices; Supported external accountant & CFO in any related matters
• Office management: Oversaw facility management; Organized team building events; Coordinated occupational health checks and Fire&Safety process; Owned travel expense process and organised business trips
