
I am a trustworthy and hardworking individual with the ability to work well alone or as part of a team. I always strive to achieve high standards in all tasks undertaken and approach my work in a well organised manner, with a clear and positive attitude. Willing to learn and develop new skills and new challenges in different lines of work. It was important in my former role as a Team Leader that I could work well in a team as one of my key responsibilities was to offer support and work closely with colleagues and Senior Management. For this reason it was essential that I could build good relationships with my team and demonstrate good communication in order to get the best outcome of any tasks that were given to us. Having said this, it was also key that I was able to work independently as my role also consisted of me having many of my own tasks. It was important that I could use my initiative to effectively problem solve.
