I reported directly to the Country Managing Director. Additionally, I was an active member of ALDI Süd’s International Internal Audit Department, regularly participating in cross-border audits.
As Area Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the operations of six stores, managing a team of over 100 employees. In my role as employer of record for the store staff, I handled recruitment, performance management, and personnel development. I also contributed to various strategic projects and had the opportunity to demonstrate my organizational skills by coordinating the successful opening of a new store in 2018.
