I perform incoming payments that either do not yet have a created invoice or have been incorrectly closed with another payment. During my work, I have deepened my knowledge of using SAP and learned new systems. I mainly focus on the Portuguese market, but I also provide backup for the Spanish market. Together with my colleagues, we took over processes and automated them. By collaborating with the collections team, we successfully recorded many payments and solved various problems.
I recorded daily and weekly payments for the English and Spanish markets. Since I also provided backup for the Italian market, I learned another segment of direct debit and credit card accounting. I maintained contact with customers to reconcile their payments. I prepared monthly and annual reports for these countries, which the purchasing department used to compile inventory reports. I worked daily with the sales team to identify which products were still available on the market, and which ones were already obsolete.
I provided logistics services for Spanish, Maltese, and Portuguese clients. I was in daily contact with carriers, customers, and companies. In certain cases, I had 4 hours to deliver a product from the warehouse to the companies' locations.
