Main tasks:

• Communicate with guests both English and Hungarian
• Providing assistance and coordinating
• Collaborate with colleagues
• Managing bookings, issuing online tickets
• Using a special system on the computer and adding a patient cure to the system
• Dealing with ongoing issues
• Meeting and talking to many nationalities

Professional sucsess:

During this year I completly got an insight into the world of our baths and the habits of guest vision. I have worked in an information desk and in a guest management position. After half a year, I managed to get into a training for a deputy spa manager, which I successfully completed.

In addition to my studies, I worked as a promoter for several years,where my duties included the recruitment of hostesses for the given work, description of their tasks and various their transport to settlements / rural towns. Work in addition to helping and I was involved in the products in its presentation and sale.

Due to my degree in sports and recreation management, I participated in the organization and implementation of all sports and events.

In the world of fitness, I worked as a group lecturer, so
I can easily understand and manage a multi-person group.
