My name is Ákos Nagy and I am a third-year student at Budapest Business University. Alongside my studies, I am looking for a workplace where I can actively contribute to the company's growth with my motivated, ambitious attitude and nearly four years of work experience. My long-term goal is to establish my own business, that being said, it is especially important for me to perform responsibly and precisely at work, whether in a team or independently.
In my current role, I handle financial and administrative processes, focusing particularly on invoices and contracts related to real estate, ensuring compliance with the respective country's tax and legal regulations. I support the Hungarian market by tracking invoices and payments and performing administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of financial processes.
Working alongside lawyers, I became more efficient in handling tasks as I was assigned multiple administrative duties with tight deadlines. This experience significantly improved my ability to work under pressure.
At Dunahouse, I attended numerous sales training programs, which paid off as I successfully closed multiple real estate sales. Additionally, my communication and negotiation skills improved significantly. During my time at the company, I met other sales professionals, with whom I later collaborated effectively in a team.
I had the opportunity to participate in the preparation of real estate development and investment processes and was responsible for managing data related to various residential projects. This was my first position requiring responsibility, where I learned the importance of accuracy and precision.
