- Creating documentation for newly discovered error's symptoms, causes and resolution
- Communicating with internal teams on a daily basis to discuss issues
- Organizing calls with customers/partners for them to show the error and to have a deeper understanding of their goal to achieve
- Using error logging tools for root cause analysis
