• Contract modification & Lease end according to incoming requests
• Active participation in month end closing activities (Journal Entry posting of lease payments, preparing of Reconciliation report)

• Asset settlement according to the incoming requests, Asset disposal, Answering audit questions, Open Project review reporting quarterly, Master data changes
• Active participation in month-end closing (Journal Entry posting, Manual Capitalization posting, Preparing Rollforward/Reconcilation, Preparing of SOX report )

• Supporting Czech market, Asset creation & Active participation in month-end closing, Capitalization overhead & cost movement booking, Usefullife prolongation, Aged items clearing, Checking correctness of master data changes and

capitalization overhead transactions to limit the errors

• Supporting Czech-Slovak market, Ensuring compliance on the quality of deliverables, Shopping cart approving and resolving the related issues, Perform trainings of new joiners, Handle master data of orders in Modul systems (SRM, SAP), Perform P2P quality check to limit processing errors

• Supporting Czech market, Asset balance sheet and reconciliation report preparation in a monthly basis, Property and Network assets accounting, Active participation in month-end closing (Journal Entry posting)

• Booking the incoming supplier invoices, Answering audit questions, Keeping in touch with suppliers, Invoice archiving
