MOHU Budapest is a recently established company dedicated to waste management with +2000 employees. We operate 23 sites in the capital of Hungary including W2E plant, landfill, sorting plants and other waste management facilities. We reach approximately 2m people on a day to day basis so it is vitally important that we do our job in an accurate manner and provide the adequate service for everyone. Stakeholder management is crucial as this is a regulated business with Ministry, Energy Office and Majors included in the operation.
FGSZ is a subsidiary of MOL Group which operates the 6000km high pressure natural gas pipeline in Hungary. The company is responsible for distributing 10bn cubic meter of natural gas across the country, My main tasks included stakeholder management, financial income increase, simplification of processes as well as efficiency improvements.
I was responsible for all Group wide Procurement activities in a value of EUR3bn annually, all investment projects, asset and service management as well as all maintenance tasks of refineries petrochemical plants, retail and upstream facilities. We were operating in 40+ countries across the globe.
As a CPO I managed countless high value procurements in all MOL Group countries for 3 years. I worked on a number of transformation projects and pushed for improvements and lower costs for the company in all areas of the business.
In my two years with the company I managed to increase profit by 400% and brought significant efficiency to the firm. I implemented a completely new own label structure that helped us increase sales. As a German hard discounter we successfully captured the hearts and minds of our customers.
