As an DBDC system programmer , my main responsibility to keep the CICS, IMS and MQ systems up and running from IPL to IPL. The role is including installing fixes, version changes, problem analysis and troubleshooting, supervising IMS DBs and housekeeping.

As an IMS database administrator, my main responsibilities are to keep the databases online 24/7, maintain the space and integrity of the data, and resolve database-related issues.

I began my career as a computer operator, responsible for reporting issues to support teams, executing IPLs, and implementing minor changes. In 2010, I became the team leader of my group.
