Responsibilities:

• Based on my prior performance, I was tasked with improving performance at the Koblenz depot, which was among the poorest-performing depots in Germany
• After completely replacing subcontractors, the depot ranked among the top 10 depots in the first two years and consistently among the top 3 depots thereafter
• Reorganized the entire territorial distribution, redesigned routes for 7.5-ton and 12-ton tours, and introduced more routes for special shipments compared to previous setups at the depot

Achievements:

• Successfully transformed the performance of the Koblenz depot from one of the worst-performing to consistently ranking in the top 3 depots
• Implemented strategic changes that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the region
