I am working as a Risk Analyst in Group-wide leasing risk department at OTP Bank Headquarters. Currently, OTP Bank has 10 different leasing subsidiaries in Eastern Europe and in Uzbekistan.

Some of my responsibilities and experiences:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly risk reports
• Preparation of leasing related regulations (ESG, EWS, Fraud, Corporate and MSE credit policy)
• Due diligence of leasing companies from risk point of view
• Preparation of leasing-specific risk curriculum for subsidiaries
• Reviewing individual deals (mainly big Corporate)
• Liaison with management of leasing subsidiaries
• Development of individual leasing transaction database
• Presentation for management by delivering risk-related insights
• Development of risk procedures in Albania and in Uzbekistan
• Assessment of emerging risks through ongoing research and monitoring of industry trends, proactively addressing potential threats before they materialized into significant issues
• Support business continuity planning efforts by conducting risk assessments for critical processes, identifying areas of vulnerability and recommending appropriate mitigation measures

Mainly, my job was analyses broker companies (available products, their fee structure and platform). Also, I wrote English guides for beginner investors which were available on the company's website.
