- Resolving HR related inquiries along the lifecycle of UK employees on several Legal Entities from the end of onboarding to termination, with a timely manner:

  • Personal detail changes
  • Eye care, home office equipment, professional fees reimbursement
  • Compensation changes and other payroll related requests
  • Several types of UK Leaves (paternity, garden, sabbatical, parental, special and emergency leaves, return from leave of absence)
  • All kinds of termination processes


- Prioritizing the tasks above to meet the business deadlines and provide all necessary information to the payroll provider to process the requests in time


- Familiarizing myself and the UK Employees of the existing policies in order to close the cases within an organized framework


- Reaching out and keeping in touch with People Leaders, HR Managers, the Employees, the Payroll Provider, IT, other Teams of GE and other Associates and HR Operations Specialists to deeply understand and proceed all requests most successfully besides providing good quality employee experience


- Besides using Teams and Outlook, expanding the communication onto different platforms such as Customer Help or Commslog/Smartsheet to interact with certain colleagues more effectively


- Maintaining a constant follow-up on the closed cases to check whether all the information has implemented appropriately. In case of any error or missing data, reaching out the Party in matter


- To analyze and process the employee data most effectively, using the following HR platforms on a beginner/intermediate level:
