Throughout my professional career I had the privilege to work in different roles of customer service, from the front desk of a wellness hotel to open office of a multinatinal company. Working as a services team leader thought me how to handle different scenarios with customers, cross functional teams and other business partners. Coordinating the team, overseeing the daily operation are part of my role, just as hiring and menthoring team members. I consider myself a great team player with task oriented and can-do attitude, always open for challenges and new experiences.


In my spare time I like to spend time with family, enjoy taking dance classes or go hiking.
