Project Officer
- Contributing to the formulation of recommendations for the Council of Europe pertaining to the involvement of minority youth in decision-making processes.
- Spearheading the development, coordination, and execution of initiatives encompassing diverse human rights themes, including but not limited to youth leadership, anti-racism, intersectionality, and overarching human rights principles.
- Coordinating the imminent research endeavor focused on the engagement of minority youth within mainstream youth frameworks.
- Designing and executing educational sessions and promotional campaigns aimed at fostering awareness and understanding regarding the experiences and needs of minority youth.
- Providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day oversight of project management activities.
- Acting as the organizational representative at esteemed platforms such as the European Youth Forum and the European Commission's Permanent Anti-racism Civil Society Forum, offering expert insights and guidance pertaining to ethnic minority issues, women's rights, and youth matters.
- Representing the organization in high-level engagements with institutions including the European Commission, European Parliament, and OSCE, among others.
- Maintaining the organization's online presence through the upkeep of its website and active engagement on social media platforms.
