• Direct and oversee all end-to-end administrative, financial, and operational support functions for an IT services company.
• Manage statutory accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, and the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and reports.
• Oversee human resources administration and workforce management for a team of 1 to 5 employees depending on business capacity and project demands.
• Drive operational efficiency, liquidity management, and vendor/client contractual administration.

• As a Plant Controller, I support the quality assurance of Audi Hungaria (vehicle production and powertrain), as well as the Information Management. My duties include supporting the financial goal achievement of these segments, which involves the mapping of corporate goals as departmental goals, and the analysis of plan-actual costs in the form of monthly reports.
• I support the specialist areas with project calculations and transparent value flows in selecting cost-effective solutions; furthermore, I provide information to employees regarding corporate financial processes (consultant role).
• The area of quality assurance is specifically affected by SCC.
• My task is the evaluation of services, the active support during negotiations with group companies, and the coordination of settlements following the conclusion of contracts (internal cost recharges and invoicing corresponding to value flows).
• Managed monthly financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
• Developed and maintained budget forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives across departments.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving projects, improving overall profitability metrics.
• In 2023, at the time of the founding of AHEAD Kft., I was delegated as the project member responsible for controlling tasks.
• From 2024, ESG commissioner within the controlling organizational unit.
• I completed the Power BI and KNIME training of AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. and working on digitalization my own processes and workflows.

• The IT support for controlling is provided by a two-person team – controller with a complex controlling knowledge and an IT specialist.
• Provided comprehensive system-level IT support and process optimization across Corporate Controlling, Plant Controlling, Product Controlling, and Cost Accounting.
• Translated complex business requirements into technical solutions within the Tagetik CPM system.
• Project Leader (2020) for the design and implementation of an online educational methodology for corporate budget planning.

• Optimized inventory management processes, stock analysis, and reporting systems for the engine and vehicle manufacturing plants.
• Coordinated semi-annual and annual inventory target agreements and presented agreed key metrics directly to Senior Management.

• Managed special cost objects and production orders, including supplier contacts, cost accounting, internal order settlements, and income statements.
• Professionally managed and led a team of 3 controlling professionals.
• Spin-Off / New Entity Setup (Audi Hungaria Services Kft.): Plant orders controller responsible for developing value-flow processes, internal settlement structures, and fee schedules.
• Digitalized and automated the end-to-end plant order workflow.

• Developed and managed the corporate contribution margin calculation system and overarching planning framework.
• Coordinated the company’s annual business plan (2009–2010) and harmonized the daily operations of the controlling team.
• Prepared executive board presentations, cash-flow statements, supplementary financial reports, and pre-calculation models used by sales during pricing negotiations.
• Automated reporting workflows and created weekly sales cockpit reports.

• Analyzed client value-flow processes to establish, review, and enhance controlling systems.
