company. My main task is to control and improve the payment behavior of my customers by contacting them via e-mail or telephone.
They are Huge Travel Agencies which rent cars from Avis on a regular basis in Spain. In case of queries, it's also my responsibility to solve them. I am in contact with all the other departments of the company on a daily basis in order to assign tasks if necessary and control the resolution within SLA in order to increase efficiency.
