My tasks:

Coordination and management of the assistance team, process optimization, financial calculations, preparation of statements, financial planning regarding the operating costs and annual events of the 200-person consulting team. Participation in Chief of Staff management meetings and delegation of related tasks, preparation of a solution plan.

Performing regional tasks, coordinating with Deloitte's Central European offices, and implementing in Hungary.

Organizing events, team building for management, searching executive locations, preparing contracts, and presenting cost plans to decision-making partners.

My own projects in the field of cost optimization and process development:

1. Examining data from previous years, I renewed our contracts with scheduled airlines, which were also accepted at the regional level and discounted prices were loaded into the Amadeus system, the company saves 30,000 euros annually during travel.

2. I created an internal database, and concluded new contracts with surrounding hotels, which provides significant discounts for the company and employees.
