Accomplishments

    Without any prior experience in SAP or Order Management related processes I've successfully learned the skills and knowledge required for order entry processes. After three months I was able to meet the daily and monthly targets both for order entry and dispute management.

    I continuously meet the KPI expectations of 25-35 orders processed daily and keeping the Customer Service Error rate below 1%

    I was given a 9% raise during my 2025 - Q1 assessment in April.

    Currently, I'm taking part in an SAP testing project meant to show us any discrepancies and technical errors during the company's Brazilian implementation of our SAP system.
