Business Analyst with a comprehensive technological background. Started as a Software Developer, continued as a Software Tester and now a Business Analyst. Through the years spent on the technical side I always wanted to see the business "big picture". Now I have a deep understanding of business needs turn into requirements.
Started in a waterfall team in Morgan Stanley, where Agile was not working properly. For more than 2 years I have been working in a functional Agile environment, so I saw real Agile and the "playing Agile" too.
Working with the right people is of the highest importance.
