As a Team Headwaitress I was in charge of my station as well as different side jobs like weddings or room service. Room service was one of the biggest challenge for headwaiters in charge, because almost all the orders were at the same time before the excursions in ports, so I had to make sure that all the orders were on time in the morning. I had to use my organizational skills to succeed in that. For that I got award of Employee of the month. I had 8 years on board and never had a bad comment, as a matter of fact, I was able to deal with the most difficult guests as well and make them happy. In 2007 I got promoted to the position of Assistant Maitre'd, but I never had the chance to practice that position since I stayed home with my first son.
