• Scope of activities: as member of central strategic procurement team my main role is to ensure developed and executed sped category - paper - to support business objectives. Reducing business risk by improving contract coverage for suppliers in spend category. Maximizing category turnover through proactive management strategies. Leading price negotiations independently and transacting agreements and contracting.

• Scope of activities: to define purchasing policy and build up central purchasing office with defined workflows and regulations for the whole organization of the Archabbey, including all subsidiaries. Building up a procurement team from the firs steps. Besides building up the structure, control tenders, price negotiations, supplier selection and run contracting phase. Ensure optimization of supplier base, contract management and contracted payment terms. Actively participating in implementation of new ERP system (Unit4) from the very beginning, with completely new workflows.

• Sourcing areas: direct + indirect (OPEX, CAPEX) – e.g.: label, printshop materials, packaging materials (pallet, foil, cardboard, strap etc.), paper (only for substitution), hygiene and safety products, work clothes, machines, services etc
• Scope of activities: as member of European purchasing team of four people my main role is to ensure entering into central contracts for three European Hartmann sites. Work out strategy in all categories which belong to me, sourcing new suppliers within Hungary or in abroad and also have to collaborate with selected suppliers, to audit, to develop and to evaluate them. Continuously running central tenders for all three sites, create optimal supplier basis. Leading price negotiations independently and transacting agreements and contracting. Also involved in indirect purchases for Hungarian plant and also support bigger projects as automation, new line installation or building new hall.

• Scope of activities: Besides production planning and buying raw materials - coordinate production planning and operative buyer team. Develop cooperation with other departments (customer service, NPI, production, engineering, quality etc.). Determinate monthly production numbers (production in EUR, machine working hours, product mix, working days) with cooperation of customer service. Consider inventory targets. Monitor product dedications to production areas and to machines and review dedication with the help of engineering dep. Creating weekly reports to management. Develop process of production planning and ordering raw materials.

• Scope of activities: To specify production plan regarding customer orders, not only to achieve OE/OES and AM targets, but also to achieve company inventory targets. To set priorities to production in case of any production capacity problems. Continuous contact with other departments: customer service, engineering, quality, NPI etc. To order raw materials, daily contact with suppliers, during production planning continuous monitoring of availability of raw materials for production.
