Since February I have been working at a Hungarian-owned software developer company as an HR assistant. My role here is the mixture of recruitment and general HR tasks. On a daily basis I am in touch with developers in term of sourcing and interviewing them. I work together with the sales team, trying to find the best candidates for their searches. On the other hand, I am regularly in touch with my colleagues every day to maintain their HR-related issues or organize events for them and edit and write the newsletter.

At Aon, I’ve gained experience in the working environment of a multinational company. I supported the work of the HR generalists. I was responsible for monitoring internal company trainings, administration, liaising with other trainees, assisting in the onboarding process, document management and other office administrative activities.

My task was to support the recruiter colleagues, to do pre-screening in various databases and to be active in recruitment, and in the selection processes of new candidates.
