- Started as an assistant coach before the playoff, because the head coach was fired, so I had to adapt quickly to the situation.
- My task was the scouting report and the individual skills development section.
- Our team reacted very well to the changes in the coaching staff and we secured the homecourt advantage through the final, so we were able to win the league and the cup that year.
- In the next two year I had to focus on the player skills development with young players who were not able to play a lot in the 1st league, so I had to develop them.
- I had trainings with some pro players like Manny Suarez and Seth Leday and they gave me a positive feedback about the training sessions.
- In the last year we were in the last position when I took over the scouting reports, I changed everything in the scouting, and we had the best second half of the season which gave us playoff position after the worst record of the league at the half of the season.
- Also had to focus on the skills development with some players, especially with our new guy Ervin Carlbe Lee ,who did not have training in the past six month.
- The end of the season we almost knocked out the team who went to the final, in the first match our head coach had two technical foul in the first half so he had to leave the gym, after I became the head coach for the second half and we won the match.(only win in the whole playoff on this court)We finished on the 6th position.
- After a ton of trainings together Ervin became one of the best players in the league, if not the best.
