I am an HR professional with experience in HR Business Partner, People Manager, Executive Coach, HR Generalist, and International Mobility Relationship Manager roles. I'm passionate about building effective organizations where I can help people leaders reach their personal and professional goals while driving a people focused agenda.   • I support two divisions of 360 IT professionals working in various domains and disciplines. These disciplines include Delivery management, Project management, .NET, JavaScript, C++, C#, Business analysis, Physical engineering, Embedded engineering, iOS and Android development, and the domains vary between Financial services, Healthcare, Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Telecommunications and iGaming.

My main tasks are:

  • Support senior managers with organizational development tasks;
  • Drive change management connected to reorganizations and changes in business model;
  • Design and drive the succession planning strategy;
  • Support all people managers with the on-boarding and dismissal processes, and with other HR related activities;
  • Drive engagement survey activities, analyze results and build action plans aiming to raise employee engagement;
  • Support the bi-annual Feedback process;
  • Analyze performance and make recommendations on career management and on compensation management;
  • Drive bi-annual people review activities and build a people-focused agenda based on the results;
  • Mentor and coach business leaders on a 1:1 basis, and support them with their business and personal goals;
  • Ramp-up all new entry level and mid-level people managers into the people management role based on the framework I developed.

  • I was responsible for a team of 9 International Mobility professionals, and also for the end-to-end execution of all internal mobility moves within Vodafone globally.
  • I focused on delivering against business KPIs set for both advisors and controllers; I was responsible for the complete overhaul of the international mobility operation process; I led HR automation projects and acted as the SME for the first ever robotics project within the world of international mobility; As a Team Leader I continued my mentoring activities and helped my team members both with operational and career advice; I worked closely with my team to help develop a strong working and personal relationship and helped create an inspiring atmosphere.

Senior Partner Relationship Manager, Specialist, Advisor

  • I started as an International Mobility Advisor and then stepped up to be a Specialist, Senior Advisor and then a Senior Partner relationship Manager between 2014 and 2018.
  • My main role was to oversee the end to end IM process from an operational perspective for international assignees, while cultivating strong relationships with various partners and stakeholders involved in the IM process. I managed ongoing education of HR personnel, initiated and participated in CPI projects, and managed communication with external vendors. I completed the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification by managing an inter-company recharge project. I continued my mentoring activities, lead the company-wide People Survey project, and I was responsible for global projects on integrating Vodafone, KPMG and Equus tools. I was also responsible of setting up two new legal entities from IM perspective in Canada and in Qatar.
