• planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve guest satisfaction and quality service while exceeding financial goals
• overall responsible for the daily operations of the Hotel which includes overseeing the operations of the Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Engineering
• monitoring and reviewing the daily revenues, the monthly profit and loss statements, analysing results and taking actions when necessary
• responsible for Sales and Human Resources strategies
• preparing yearly budget and implementing throughout the year
• developing and implementing business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with the hotel owner’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies
• reporting towards Head Office
• ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and regulations are strictly adhered

• developing cooperation with new and existing clients
• coordinating & supervising Event& Group segment, Corporate
• segment, Leisure transient &groups, series, reservation agent and marketing
• negotiating new contracts for all segments, conducting show rounds for new- and key partners
• preparing sales activities per segment on short-and mid term
• implementing action plans
• recommending sales budget, forecasting, pricing
• people management of the Sales Team; being effective and maximalising revenue in a friendly environment
• attending networking events, trade shows and sales blitzes

• handling all communication of groups from sales handover to event pre-conference
• preparing banquette event orders and group summaries to ensure all departments are aware of all requirements
• conducting pre-conference meetings
• conducting sight visits for groups, weddings, balls
• preparing price quotations and contracts for catering only events
• organizing social events (weddings, balls, birthday parties)
• conducting billing procedures and exit interviews

• reporting to the Austrian head office on a monthly basis
• preparing forecasts and corporate budget
• maintaining relationship with existing customers and guests
• negotiating corporate agreements and RFP-s
• acquiring new customers
• conducting show-rounds for both arranged appointments and

ad hoc visitors

• attending at sales blitz’s in Austria, Germany, Hungary and sales

trips in Budapest

• networking in business community and representing the hotel at

different events

• handling social media sites related to the hotel (Google+,

Facebook, Instagram,Twitter)

• managing reservation department
• preparing group bookings, preparing, organizing, coordination all

meetings and events

• forwarding sales leads to the sales manager and helping to monitor competitor performance
