As a former active football player (on amateur level) I learned the meaning of real teamwork, to win and lose together. Sport also teaches me, that is a must put 100 percent effort in every activity what you do and in that case the result will come. Sooner or later, but definitely. This mental focus helps me to keep moving forward in my working career, whose next step could be a new role as Key account manager for specifiers. Since I have joined to Zumtobel Group my responsibility is also building relationship with architects, e-planners and lighting designers. Thanks to my university education I know the way of their thinking, so I could handle easier their constantly changing needs, requests.
I am responsible for:
- Local implementation of the central marketing plan, adapted by the local needs by corporate brands ZUMTOBEL and THORN,
- PR: Cooperation with the relevant local organizations (chamber of architects/ civil engineers, marketing agency, media, press)
- Personal marketing support of the sales team – provide product trainings on customer sites, customer events, process case study,
- Follow-up and analyse the potential on public procurements,
- Targeted distribution of content across various digital channels for maximum reach,
- Strategic market analysis and identification of new business opportunities for sustainable growth, finding new projects in developing phase,
- Acquisition of new partners, mostly for specification (architects, e-planners). Providing them regular product and application trainings. Project support with lighting plan and specification.

- Operational management and customer acquisition for Elmark Group in Slovakia
- Customer care on the Hungarian market,
- Solution-oriented customer care, quotation and complaint management,
- Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation, from sales to logistics,
- Basic lighting design in Dialux Evo,
- Translation of technical texts (English-Slovak/Hungarian),
- Initiation of sales optimization measures,
- Preparation of analyzes and management reports.
