At Starways Airlines Services we used to represent airlines at the cargo industry ( General Sales Agency ). As a customer service specialist I worked together with Agents and Airlines simultaneously, doing the utmost to make both parties satisfied. In order to build up strong relationship with agents, I frequently visited them within a sales meeting. Accounting and administration was also part of my job. I had the opportunity to work with airlines like United Airlines, Air China, Finnair, Saudia Cargo and many other great airlines.
I continued my work as a customer service specialist at SkyXS Aircargo Kft. My role is more or less the same, since it is also a GSA, just like Starways was. Providing high level support to our valued agents like DHL, Kühne-Nagel, Schenker, CargoPartner. Both written and spoken communication forms are crucial for my job. My advanced English knowledge is mandatory to provide the highest level of customer service ever day. I am interested in IT, hence I'm learning new systems, software swiftly.
