As a former Software Engineer and Project Manager, my experience has been utilized in various projects to support the Crew Training Department. These projects involve:

• analyzing current processes,
• identifying bottlenecks,
• translating conclusions into proposals,
• implementing proposals using innovative technologies,
• to improve and automate processes, to increase efficiency, to reduce workload and to save costs

A few examples:

• Implementing CISEFA – an electronic evaluation form and record keeping system: digitalizing the paper-based record keeping
• Full-scale project management: implementing an integrated Training Management System (Britannica Knowledge Systems' FOX): business case; cross-functional requirement analysis; BPR; RfP involving 8 vendors; change management and risk assessment; contracting, designing Test Plan; implementation; facilitating the integration with our crew scheduling system (AIMS);
• Running the Operational Assessment of the implementation of our new iPad-based Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) solution: digitalizing our flight deck, becoming paperless
• Implementing a standardized, company-wide collaboration platform based on Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Planner and OneNote and PowerAutomate: enables efficient information sharing and collaboration; task management; organizing and record keeping of meetings; automated workflows
• Robotic Process Automation: introducing UIPath to automate repetitive processes (ongoing)

Flying wet-leased scheduled services on behalf of MALÉV Hungarian Airlines as well as charter operation servicing sport clubs, pop bands, governmental flights, holiday charters to Greek islands

Cargo feeder operation for FEDEX; a great opportunity to start my pilot career in a demanding environment: night cargo operation in complex aircraft without any automation, according to a tight schedule

On behalf of the Hungarian Government and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, developing various, large-scale solutions to enable the digitalization of the Public Administration. E.g.:
